There’s a Yeti in the Garden – Things to do Raleigh NC
Join the “There’s a Yeti in the Garden” event at JC Raulston Arboretum! From January 5th to February 4th, our friendly Yetis are back in the gardens, and they want you to come to say ‘hello’ before they head back north for the spring.Embark on a scavenger hunt to find the Yetis’ hiding spots. Each Yeti has its own hiding spot, so you have two Yetis to find in the gardens. No clues or directions are provided, just bring your sense of adventure and eagle eyes! Once you find a Yeti, scan the QR code nearby to reveal how to open their treasure chest. Take or bring an item to trade!
The Yetis will be moving around the gardens, changing their locations on January 12th, 19th, and 26th. Make sure to find all four hiding spots before the Yetis leave on Sunday, February 4th.
The hunt is on rain, snow, or shine, as the Yetis love all winter weather. Don’t miss out on this exciting activity!
Open to all ages and free of cost, registration is not required. Find us at JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University, 4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, NC 27606. Free parking is available. Contact jcraprograms@ncsu.edu for more information. Join us and make some unforgettable winter memories!
