• This is an 18+ venue. Age restrictions apply.
• Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom. Any food or drink items from the menu can fulfill this requirement. Please note that items purchased in the bar and lounge do not count towards the minimum.
• General Admission seating is first-come, first-served. Arrive early for the best seats.
• Reserved seating is assigned by management on the night of the show, providing the best seats available for your party size at the time of assignment. Seating requests cannot be accommodated or guaranteed.
• While we cannot guarantee seating together, general admission groups should arrive as a group at least 45 minutes before showtime for the best chance of being seated together.
• Reserved groups who purchase tickets in a single order will automatically be assigned seating together. However, reserved ticket holders who purchase separately are not guaranteed seating together. Please refer to your email confirmation for more details.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• Ticket Protection is available for purchase at the time of order and offers insurance for order cancellation. To redeem Ticket Protection for a venue credit toward a future event, please send an email to protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order number at least 24 hours before showtime. Cancellation requests made by phone, chat, or within 24 hours of showtime will not be accepted.
